My friend and I have just returned from a wonderful 11 night stay at this fantastic hotel. The staff are warm, welcoming, friendly and incredibly hard working. The hotel has high cleaning standards, under the current climate of the Covid crisis all the staff are masked, there is hand sanitizer provided throughout the hotel including the rooms and you see the staff constantly using it, we were very impressed by their conscencius standards it's the first time in months I've felt safe, so safe I didn't want to come home. We were all inclusive the staff serve everything so there is no cross contamination from utensils, coffee machine, toaster etc, they work so quickly its faster than guests doing it themselves it was absolutely brilliant. Rooms are spacious with lots of storage space. The hotel is in a perfect location for the beach and shops and there's a supermarket right next to the hotel which also does currency exchange. I would like to say a big thank you to Suphi for sorting out our passenger locater forms for our return to the UK, it took the stress away! We were very grateful to you. All the staff at the hotel are amazing and take pride in what they do however Suphi, Ash and Atakan shine through as outstanding. If you're apprehensive about going abroad in the current climate I would highly recommend this hotel your fears would be alleviated as soon as you arrive. Thank you for a fantastic holiday we're in the process of booking to come back!
