Paying for your booking
1 - Deposit
When you make a hotel booking with Holiday 2 Heaven, you must pay a deposit of 30% of the total holiday cost, to our UK bank account or via paypal.You can use Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express with PayPal. Plus, when you pay with PayPal, you don't expose your credit card number to merchants please visit paypal.com for more information
If the deposit is not paid on time, we shall cancel your booking arrangements
2-What about 70% of the total holiday cost?
The final balance must be paid after check-in to your hotel to our company representative on the resort.( by cash ) ..
3- Cancellations of booking
You may cancel your booking at any time ,requesting cancellation via e-mail sent to [email protected]. Note that a request for cancellation will only be accepted by email, should the Lead Passenger request the cancellation
4- Refund
a- If you cancel your booking two weeks before check in date you will receive a full refund mınus the paypal commission of 6%.
b- Your booking is non refundable,if you cancel your holiday less than two weeks prior to your arrival date.
5- Holiday Insurance
It highly recommended that adequate holiday insurance is taken out, this is your responsibility. The insurance should cover, amongst other things, the cost of cancellation by yourself, all medical costs and the cost of assistance including return to the UK in the event of an accident or illness.
